30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We want you to be completely happy with StarKids. If our platform does not meet your expectations, we offer a straightforward 30-day money-back guarantee on all paid plans. No questions asked.

Monthly Plans

  • Full refund available within 30 days of your first payment
  • After 30 days, you may cancel at any time and your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period
  • No partial refunds are issued for unused days within a monthly billing cycle

Annual Plans

  • Pro-rated refund available within 30 days of payment, calculated based on the number of unused months remaining
  • After 30 days, no refund is issued; your subscription will remain active until the end of the annual billing period
  • If you cancel an annual plan, you continue to have access to all features until the plan expires

Free Trial

The 30-day free trial requires no payment and no credit card. If you choose not to subscribe after your trial, your account simply downgrades to the Free tier. There is no charge and no refund needed.

How to Request a Refund

You can request a refund in two ways:

  1. Email us: Send a refund request to support@starkids.app with your account email address and reason for the refund
  2. Stripe Customer Portal: Manage your subscription and request a refund directly through the Stripe Customer Portal, accessible from your account settings

Processing Time

Refunds are typically processed within 5 to 10 business days. The refund will be credited to the original payment method used for the subscription. Please note that your bank or card provider may take additional time to reflect the refund in your account.
